Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our service, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard only, voice control, magnification or high-contrast settings.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the public site, the sign-in pages and the app.
Current status
The site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA: most of it meets the standard, and the known gaps are listed below with our plan to fix them.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Light and dark themes and every accent colour are checked for colour contrast.
- Pages reflow on small screens and at 400% zoom without side-scrolling.
- Charts have a data table, and drag-and-drop always has a button or keyboard alternative.
- Animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Sign-in works with password managers, passkeys and pasted codes.
Known limitations
Some content created by others — job postings you import and emails from employers — may not be accessible. Documents you export (PDF, Word) are tagged, but complex layouts can still be hard to read with some screen readers.
