Is the match score what employers see?
No. Employers use many different applicant tracking systems, and their ranking methods are proprietary. Our Job Match Score and ATS Readiness Score are our own transparent estimates, with every component explained.
Will the AI add skills I don’t have?
No. Generated text can only use facts from your resume or details you confirm. If a suggestion mentions a skill, number, employer, certification or management experience we can’t verify, it’s flagged and can’t be accepted until you correct it. Job keywords you don’t have are shown as skill gaps.
Do you guarantee interviews?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee interviews or offers. We help you present your real experience clearly and consistently.
Which files can I upload?
Text-based PDF and DOCX files up to 5 MB. Scanned images aren’t supported yet.
Can I import a job from LinkedIn or Indeed?
Those sites don’t permit automated retrieval, so we never fetch them. Paste the description, or use our browser extension to save the posting you’re viewing.
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Resumes are treated as sensitive personal information: stored privately, encrypted at rest in production, never public, and only accessible to you. See the Security and Privacy pages.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. From Settings → Privacy you can download all your data, delete resumes, delete application history, or delete your account.
How do I cancel?
Open Subscription → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Does it work in Chinese?
The website is available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. Resume analysis and tailoring currently support English resumes and job postings; Chinese names and text are preserved in exports.
